Duties & Responsibilities
- Administration & Claims Processing:
- Register new claims and process payments using the IMS system
- Validate claims and related documentation, ensuring compliance with Sasria policy cover
- Adjust claims, update reserves, and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Utilise sound judgement to settle claims within delegated authority, escalating complex cases to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records and update claim status regularly, informing underwriting of any discrepancies
- Agency/Broker Liaison:
- Negotiate claim settlements and liaise with agents and brokers regarding claim progress
- Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of claim status
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Perform any additional tasks as required by the Line Manager
