Key Responsibilities
- Attend classroom activities and practical on-the-job training.
- Gain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA.
- Complete logbooks for work-based learning.
- Complete assessments at the required achievement level.
- Demonstrate proficiency in company systems and processes.
- Adhere to Momentum Group values and conduct guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 40% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy.
- Minimum of 50% in English and another South African language.
Additional Requirements:
- South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old.
- Unemployed and available from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026.
- No prior working experience.
- Not enrolled in part-time or full-time tertiary studies during the programme.
- Not have completed a Learnership before.
- Ability to commute to the workplace.
- CV must include a certified Matric certificate and ID (not older than 3 months).
