Program Offerings
- Programme Type: Learnership (Contractor)
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Woodmead, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Stipend: R4500 per month (to cover travel expenses incurred while working and attending training)
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must hold a minimum of a Grade 12 qualification
- Must provide valid proof of disability from a specialist and proof of highest qualification achieved
- Must not be engaged in another learnership opportunity
- Must be willing to participate in both structured learning and workplace activities
- Preference will be given to African Females and African Males with a disability

- Willingness to learn and develop practical skills in a contact centre environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new challenges
