Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning events, interventions, and programmes aligned to business and learning needs.
  • Own the end-to-end learning experience to ensure strong learner engagement and achievement of learning goals.
  • Adapt facilitation methods to suit various learning styles and improve learning outcomes.
  • Engage with the L&D team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to remain up to date on content changes.
  • Coordinate learning logistics with the relevant coordinator to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Gather evaluation feedback, compile reports, and provide insights on content uptake and effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback on learner progress, participation, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping on relevant systems.
  • Administer assessments in line with regulations and policies to determine learner competence.
  • Identify and deliver post-learning initiatives to embed learning and support continued application.

  • Confident facilitator with strong presentation and communication capability.
  • Well-organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple learning interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation ability.
  • Service-focused, professional, and able to provide constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable operating within regulated environments and following policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Matric (or equivalent).
  • Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year learning facilitation/tutoring experience.
  • Exposure to insurance or financial services environment (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge and capability in:
    • Skills development and adult learning principles/methodologies
    • Learning lifecycle
    • Business processes, products, and regulations (financial services/insurance context)
    • Planning and organising, providing feedback, and numeracy
