Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual contract targets to maximise Business Unit profitability.
  • Promote and sell contract products; match customer needs to suitable offerings.
  • Action end-to-end contracts application processes in line with policy.
  • Deliver customer-centric service and resolve queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, risk controls and adherence to IC policies, processes and SOPs.
  • Contribute to teamwork, store standards and effective self-management.

Attributes Required

  • Target-driven with strong sales acumen.
  • Customer-service orientated with professional telephone etiquette.
  • High attention to detail; organised and reliable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative, proactive and accountable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 1–2 years’ retail experience (cellular/contracts environment advantageous).
  • Product knowledge: contract services; basic risk management.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office; familiarity with retail systems beneficial.
  • Systems exposure advantageous: SAP, Vodacom C3D/M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy, Vumatel.
  • Understanding of IC Policies, Practices, Processes and Procedures and the IC Business Operating Model.
