Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the 12-month Learnership programme and complete all theoretical and practical components.
- Provide administrative support to managers and departments to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as allocated.
- Apply learning from the theoretical modules to day-to-day work activities.
- Contribute to maintaining organised records, documentation and workflow processes.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and accountability in all assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- 0–1 year of work experience (entry-level).
- People living with a disability are specifically encouraged to apply.
- Willing and able to be based in Secunda, Mpumalanga for the duration of the programme.
- A relevant Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to participate in both classroom-based and on-site workplace learning.
- Ability to demonstrate the behavioural and technical competencies listed (e.g. workflow management, action planning, policies and procedures, performance improvement, execution and coordination of work).
