Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist management with the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure effective implementation of store and department layout.
• Protect all company assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers.
• Apply and adhere to company policies and procedures to minimise loss and risk.
• Ensure correct administration procedures in respect of the stock room, mark-downs and lay-bys.
• Maintain effective merchandise replenishment and high housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Eligibility Criteria

• Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement).
• Previous sales experience (advantageous).
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with people and customers.
• Willingness to work flexibly according to retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
