Eligibility Criteria
- Must be unemployed
- Must hold a qualification equal to or not lower than Grade 9
- Must have a passion for agriculture and plant production
- Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying physical conditions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with various plant production activities under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Participate in crop management tasks including planting, irrigation, and harvesting
- Learn about soil preparation, fertilisation, and pest control techniques
- Gain hands-on experience in nursery management, plant propagation, and cultivation
- Operate basic plant production equipment as required
- Follow safety and environmental protocols during all tasks
- Complete practical assignments and tasks as part of the learnership programme
