Key Responsibilities
- Perform general line operations and cleaning activities according to operational plans.
- Conduct pre-start-up checks to confirm equipment readiness, cleanliness, and safety (SOP compliant).
- Monitor product and packaging quality against standards and report faults promptly.
- Identify process abnormalities and take immediate corrective action to prevent escalation.
- Clean machinery according to manufacturer guidelines and site specifications.
- Prepare and check raw materials for production use.
- Maintain personal and team safety on the production line.
- Contribute to an eco-efficient and sustainable work environment.
- Complete learnership requirements, including assessments, logbook completion, and assignments.

Eligibility Criteria
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with a pass in Mathematics and Science, OR
- N2/N3/N4 Engineering qualification
- Must be able to reside in or relocate (at own cost) to the role location (no relocation assistance provided).
