Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured graduate development journey aligned to Tiger Brands’ engineering function.
  • Complete blended learning and workplace rotations/projects aimed at preparing graduates for critical engineering roles.
  • Contribute to operational and engineering improvement initiatives (e.g., reliability, efficiency, process optimisation).
  • Build leadership capability through exposure, coaching, and performance-driven development.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree: BSc/BEng (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Academic performance: Minimum 65% academic average.
  • Graduate status: Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution (completed 3rd/4th year qualification recently).
  • Work experience: Must not have worked full-time more than 1 year in the field (WIL/workplace experience excluded).
  • Citizenship/Work authorisation: Must be authorised to work in the country of hire.
  • Driver’s licence: Valid driver’s licence required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
