The programme is structured, rotational in nature, and requires geographical mobility/relocation across different sites during the training period.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate development journey aligned to Tiger Brands’ engineering function.
- Complete blended learning and workplace rotations/projects aimed at preparing graduates for critical engineering roles.
- Contribute to operational and engineering improvement initiatives (e.g., reliability, efficiency, process optimisation).
- Build leadership capability through exposure, coaching, and performance-driven development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: BSc/BEng (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Academic performance: Minimum 65% academic average.
- Graduate status: Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution (completed 3rd/4th year qualification recently).
- Work experience: Must not have worked full-time more than 1 year in the field (WIL/workplace experience excluded).
- Citizenship/Work authorisation: Must be authorised to work in the country of hire.
- Driver’s licence: Valid driver’s licence required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
