Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage user accounts according to defined standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve login issues after account creation.
- Handle access-related errors (e.g., duplicate usernames, permissions, and access issues).
- Capture user details accurately, ensuring correct spelling and information.
- Maintain documentation and apply required naming conventions.
- Support compliance with security and access control requirements.
