Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, SAP, procurement, and documentation support to mechanical maintenance activities, including turnarounds and breakdowns.
  • Ensure work outputs meet required quality, quantity, and timeline standards per BU and Sasol requirements.
  • Support and improve systems and processes that enable efficient administrative operations.
  • Execute tasks with an understanding of financial planning and control principles.
  • Use and maintain resources (equipment, time, infrastructure) efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Contribute to budget awareness and cost-saving initiatives within the BU.
  • Promote and achieve SHER targets and comply with safety and risk objectives.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Set, review, and consistently achieve personal performance goals; identify learning and development opportunities.
