Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training within a maintenance/technical environment.
- Support the technical operations team through projects, studies and simulations.
- Build practical understanding of plant maintenance processes and operational support activities.
- Work with teams on-site to deliver tasks within required quality and safety expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric (Grade 12) (required)
- BEng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering (required)
