Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training in an electrical/plant environment.
- Support the technical operations team by completing projects, studies and simulations.
- Gain exposure to maintenance and operational support processes on site.
- Contribute to tasks aligned to quality, safety and operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric (Grade 12) (required)
- BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering (required)
- Exposure to maintenance operations or a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
