Duties and responsibilities

- Resource usage vs production efficiency reporting: create reporting (PowerBI preferred or Excel), identify trends, and provide insights.
- Material usage variance: analyse variances and recommend improvements to reduce waste and optimise resource utilisation.
- Time & motion studies: assess process efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Continuous improvement methods: apply Lean and DMAIC to support improvement initiatives.

Eligibility requirements

Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (e.g., Chemical Engineering).
Experience
- Previous projects/coursework in continuous improvement or process optimisation is an advantage.
Other requirements
- Proficiency in PowerBI (preferred) or Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Lean and DMAIC (may be tested).
