Premier is recruiting a Loader (Permanent) for the Despatch team at the Premier Rustenburg Depot (North West). The role is responsible for the daily loading and offloading of bread, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO), accurate tray counts, and compliance with site procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Load bread according to the picking slip and follow the pipeline loading sequence.
- Perform tray counts and balance trays correctly in delivery trucks.
- Attend daily invocom and report loading matters to management.
- Ensure only quality bread is loaded and stock rotation is managed using FIFO.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Attributes Required
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and numerically capable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Sense of urgency with accountability and respect for procedures.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / equivalent.
- At least 3 months’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
