Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Matric (Grade 12)
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–35
- Must be unemployed (for the last 6 months)
- Must not have previously been on a learnership (INSETA requirement)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- No work experience required
- A completed degree is beneficial but not required
- Employment Equity: preference may be given to candidates from designated groups (as per OUTsurance EE goals)
