The programme combines structured soft-skills and technical training with workplace exposure, including working with treaty data requirements and transforming client data for analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Take part in soft skills and technical training.
- Conduct daily team-specific tasks.
- Participate in team deliverables and contribute to team and business projects.
- Gain exposure to Life Data Management.
- Work with treaties by:
- Identifying and documenting treaty data requirements.
- Identifying and documenting standard treaty information.
- Identifying and documenting treaty product information.
- Identifying and documenting treaty-specific conditions.
- Work with data by:
- Transforming client data into a re-usable format for analysis.
- Identifying gaps between treaty data requirements, data standard requirements, and the data provided by clients.
Attributes Required
- Driven and passionate about data.
- Strong coding/programming capability.
- Able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other MS tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Science with Statistics as a major (excellent academic record).
