Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering and/or Pulp & Paper Technology
- Minimum 60% average pass rate
- Completion of P1 & P2 practical work in a heavy industry (advantageous)
- Valid South African driver’s license
Key Deliverables
- Navigate basic systems in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Apply chemical safety knowledge
- Assist with plant start-ups/shut-downs, housekeeping, and pre-start checks
- Conduct routine operational checks to reduce equipment failures
- Operate within Mondi’s safety and quality compliance standards
- Participate in basic troubleshooting and report equipment performance
