Key Responsibilities
- Complete allocated duties professionally as guided by the mentor
- Develop skills in the chosen qualification area
- Perform general administrative duties
- Conduct research and assist with report writing, memorandums, and presentations
Eligibility
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35
- No prior work experience post-graduation
- A minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification in:
- Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
- Agricultural Economics
- Business Management
- Finance (Financial Management / Cost & Management Accounting)
- Supply Chain Management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel when required
