Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance are seeking young, passionate graduates between the ages of 18 to 35 years, who are eager to contribute to the agricultural sector.

Applicants must be South African citizens and possess critical tertiary qualifications in specific areas of specialization.

Currently, there are 20 vacancies available for young unemployed graduates in various provinces across the country. We encourage both young women and men who are enthusiastic, energetic, and have a can-do attitude to apply for these positions.

Key Responsibilities of the Learner Programme include:

  • Completion of assigned tasks in a professional manner under the guidance of a mentor.
  • Personal development of skills in the specialized qualification area.
  • Administrative duties as instructed by the mentor.
  • Conducting research and compiling reports, memorandums, presentations, and other related tasks.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience:

Applicants should hold a minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification in one of the following areas of specialization:

  • Actuarial Sciences/Mathematical Statistics/Data Science
  • Agricultural Economics
  • Business Management
  • Credit Risk
  • Finance (Financial Management/Cost & Management Accounting/Audit)
  • Insurance Related
  • Information Technology
  • Law (LLB)
  • Marketing & Sales
  • Risk Management
