Eskom is recruiting 10 Learners (Hospitality) for a 24-month fixed-term contract based at the Eskom Academy of Learning in Midrand. The programme is designed to give practical workplace exposure in a professional kitchen environment, supporting food production, stock control, administration, customer service, and health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce food.
- Control and manage stock.
- Provide administrative support and implement ISO-related requirements.
- Deliver customer service support.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: National Diploma / National N Diploma in Catering Management / Hospitality & Catering Services OR Hotel School qualification at NQF 6 (240 credits).
- Experience: No experience required.
