The successful candidate will report to the Training Controller / Team Leader Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support linked to supply chain and logistics activities (including supply chain maturity assessments).
• Support receiving of stock into wholesale/retail outlets and record movements on stock management systems.
• Maintain stock balances, support stock flow through the DC/warehouse, and participate in stocktake procedures.
• Support safe delivery processes and customer volume requirements through effective customer engagement.
• Assist with distribution processes, contract management basics, and asset management activities.
• Apply workplace and legal requirements for transportation of goods, including OHS legislation and safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards (internal and external) and follow emergency and hazard-response procedures.
• Contribute to customer service delivery and customer satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria

• Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40% pass).
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Transportation.
