Clover is recruiting 15 Learners: CSC (Customer Service Centre) for a Call Centre Learnership based in Constantia Park, Roodepoort (Gauteng). The programme combines workplace exposure at Clover’s call centre offices with formal training, enabling participants to work toward an NQF qualification while gaining structured experience in a high-volume customer service environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service in a call centre environment.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders.
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time (aligned to daily call lists).
- Inform customers of account-on-hold status where applicable.
- Confirm customer orders in line with standard operating procedures.
- Escalate and communicate order-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Sell Clover and Principal products according to customer ranging.
- Offer new or additional products by explaining features and special offers.
- Promote teamwork by supporting team values, assisting colleagues, and participating in team meetings.
- Take responsibility for visual management of information.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4.
- Matric completed within the past 5 years (2021–2025).
- Average of 55% for English and Maths/Maths Literacy.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Currently unemployed.
- Must not have participated in a learnership before.
- Applicants residing in the West Rand are advantageous.
