What this opportunity is
This ISDG “Road to Professionalisation” programme is a structured graduate development placement aimed at supporting young engineers on the path to professional registration, while strengthening municipal infrastructure capacity.
What you’ll do / learn
- Participate in structured professional development and workplace learning over the 3‑year programme
- Complete assigned engineering tasks under supervision within City Power’s operating environment
- Maintain required records, learning evidence, and compliance documents
Eligibility requirements
- BSc/BEng (NQF Level 7) in Electrical Engineering (as stated)
- South African citizen with a valid SA ID
- Under 35 years old (as stated)
- Unemployed and with no prior formal employment in the relevant field (as stated)
