Bridgestone is offering a Production Learnership Program in Brits, North West. This is a full-time, onsite learnership/internship where you’ll report to the Production Foreman and learn how to safely assemble tyres within required specification standards and targeted cycle times. The programme emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent production output.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic risk assessments on equipment before operating.
- Wear and use the required PPE correctly at all times.
- Maintain 3S standards in your work area (workplace organisation/housekeeping).
- Check that machine controls are in good working order before use.
- Remove and return empties (spools, trolleys, rolls, etc.) to the relevant sections.
- Move viewed raw covers into storage bays.
- Supply solutions/materials to machines as required.
- Work effectively within a team and contribute to meeting programme production targets.

Eligibility Criteria
