Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Monitor stock movements and support warehouse record accuracy.
  • Compile and analyse data for logistics KPIs and cost tracking.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers under supervision.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Perform administrative support, including SAP/WMS entries and purchase order support.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Organised and able to manage routine operational/admin tasks effectively.
  • Proactive mindset toward process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce.
  • Excel proficiency (essential).
  • Computer literacy and willingness to work with systems such as SAP/WMS (where applicable).
