Key Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in workplace activities aligned to development objectives.
  • Attend and engage in all agreed learning and training interventions.
  • Provide customer and team support to sustain service and operational performance.
  • Complete administration, tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • Work leads and support sales-to-target outcomes (strike rates and productivity measures).
  • Deliver service excellence and support a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality, follow scripts, and comply with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Work towards FAIS Fit and Proper requirements where applicable (product training, class of business training, CPD, integrity and good standing).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education (Required):
    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting (required), with related degrees in Finance/Accounting/Law referenced in the advert.
  • FAIS / Regulatory (Role-Relevant):
    • FAIS Fit and Proper requirements apply to advice roles.
    • FSCA-approved qualification is preferred.
    • RE5 is an added advantage (where already held).
  • Employment Equity: Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
