Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in structured workplace experience aligned to development objectives.
- Attend and complete all learning and training interventions as required.
- Provide customer and team support to drive service excellence and team performance.
- Complete all administration, tracking, and reporting duties accurately and on time.
- Work leads and support sales activity to meet productivity and strike-rate targets.
- Deliver a strong customer experience and maintain professional conduct.
- Protect client confidentiality and follow approved scripts and compliance standards.
- Work toward FAIS “Fit and Proper” requirements (where applicable) including product training, Class of Business training and CPD.

- Strong attention to detail, especially for compliance and documentation.
- Able to work to targets, manage time well, and stay organised under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria
- Unemployed at the time of application (programme intended for unemployed graduates).
- Matric (Grade 12) (required).
- Completed Degree/Advanced Diploma in Accounting (required).
- FSCA-approved qualification and RE5 are advantages (preference may be given).
- Willing to meet/maintain FAIS Fit and Proper expectations (honesty, integrity, good standing; training requirements once onboarded).
- Employment Equity: Preference may be given to suitable candidates from designated groups in line with Absa’s EE commitments.
