Key Responsibilities
- Manage eNatis system processes, including stock introductions and dealer unit releases.
- Handle SAMAR titling for private customers and generate service invoices.
- Process local supplier invoices and create purchase requisitions.
- Maintain accurate filing, records, and general correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the entire Motor and Marine team.
- Act as a backup for the Export Sales Controller, ensuring smooth export sales operations when required.
- Manage asset register documentation, updates, and removals.
- Coordinate invoice submissions for payment approvals through the GM and Accounts Department.

- Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach.
- Excellent organisational and documentation management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Good interpersonal communication and teamwork ability.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Accounting or Mathematics.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with multiple systems.
