Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all inbound stock management checks in line with company procedures.
• Process and capture GRV documentation accurately and timeously on SAP.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse administrative and billing processes.
• Match invoices, delivery notes, and GRVs daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform stock control duties, including weighing, balancing, and counting inventory.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards inside cold storage and loading areas.
• Adhere to cold-chain management standards and temperature-checking protocols.
• Prepare and support daily and monthly stock counts as required.
• Ensure occupational health and safety compliance throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance, quality, and delivery KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Matric (Grade 12) required; basic numeracy will be advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and warehouse systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of stock-handling principles and safety standards.
