Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4
- Medically fit and physically able to perform repetitive tasks
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational ability and initiative
- Able to follow supervisor instructions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Clean offices, restrooms, and communal areas
- Keep outdoor walkways clean and free of debris
- Notify management of necessary repairs
- Assist with serving tea to office staff
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the premises
