What You’ll Do:
As an In Service Trainee, you’ll be an essential part of Unilever’s operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing all learnership requirements set by Unilever, such as training, assessments, project completion, and more.
- Engaging in various manufacturing line activities, including packing, cleaning, quality checks, and more.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to your assigned operation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and business principles.
Key Requirements:
- Have a Grade 12 qualification with a 50% pass mark in Core Mathematics & Physical Science.
- Be enrolled in a National Diploma program related to Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Food Technology, requiring P1/P2 work experience.
- Be familiar with laboratory procedures and practices.
- Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English.
