Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general production line operations and cleaning activities in line with operational plans.
  • Conduct pre-start-up checks to confirm equipment readiness, area cleanliness, and safety per SOPs.
  • Monitor product and packaging quality against standards and report faults promptly.
  • Identify process abnormalities and take corrective action to prevent escalation.
  • Clean machinery according to manufacturer guidelines and site specifications.
  • Prepare and verify raw materials required for production.
  • Maintain personal and team safety on the production line.
  • Contribute to eco-efficient and sustainable work practices.
  • Complete learnership requirements, including assessments, logbook completion, and assignments.

  • Able to commit to a structured 12-month learnership programme with assessments and documentation requirements.
