Key Responsibilities
- Comply with company and statutory hygiene and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in preparing meals, especially salads and desserts.
- Serve meals and maintain a clean, well-stocked serving line.
- Keep canteen tables, kitchen, and service areas clean and orderly.
- Store and record leftover food according to policy.
- Support new employee training where required.
- Provide high-quality customer service and respond to complaints or compliments.
- Count and hand over stock to staff on the next shift.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned, including night shifts.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly, safely, and as part of a team.
- Good hand-eye coordination and excellent personal hygiene.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Must enjoy practical, methodical work and have no skin allergies to food or detergents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Culinary qualification will be an advantage.
