Key Responsibilities
- Support all duties required of a Classroom Assistant
- Uphold the ethos of the school and assist with school readiness
- Conduct continuous assessments and share progress via reports and interviews
- Collaborate with the teaching team for holistic development
- Follow a structured daily programme
- Support and participate in school events
- Promote learning through play and uphold informal teaching methods
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Experience: Prior experience working with young children in a similar environment
