Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured two-year development programme combining theoretical learning and workplace exposure.
- Gain practical experience within designated departments and depots.
- Engage in continuous assessment and feedback sessions every six months.
- Apply professional knowledge to contribute to operational improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
- Completed National Diploma, Diploma, BTech, or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in one of the following fields:
- Internal Auditing
- Accounting / BCom Accounting / Auditing / Taxation / Finance
- Information Management
- Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics
- No prior full-time work experience in the respective field.
- Graduated from a Department of Higher Education & Training (DHET) registered institution.
