Program Purpose
The Training Programme aims to:
- Develop a pipeline for key roles within TPT
- Provide structured 12-month training
- Place learners in specific areas based on academic background, career aspirations, and business requirements
Position Outputs
As a Sector Specific Trainee, you will:
- Follow a structured training program
- Undergo performance reviews and assessments
- Perform duties outlined in the development program and those required by TPT
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric or NQF Level 4 Equivalent (to be based at TPT Saldanha Terminal)
- Advantage: Completed Certificate program in logistics, operations management, or related field
