Key Responsibilities
- Schedule fitments of Tracker units and manage the PSO scheduling system daily.
- Liaise with Tracker technicians, fitment centres, and partners regarding appointments.
- Assist walk-in customers and perform related administrative duties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Capture data accurately and complete daily reports and statistical feedback.
- Follow up on service requests, fitments, and queries to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the RPA-BOT, intervening when required.
- Ensure all documentation and spreadsheets are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain high customer service standards and meet/exceed performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric qualification required.
- Minimum 1 year of contact centre or customer service experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Afrikaans) advantageous.
- Computer literate with accurate typing and data capturing skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
