Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily production and performance targets.
- Adhere to quality standards and report any defects promptly.
- Maintain punctuality, timekeeping, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Comply with all health, safety, and 4S standards.
- Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing factory or logistics duties.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizenship is required.
- Completed NQF Level 4 or N3 qualification (additional qualifications advantageous).
- Technical certification for specific roles such as CO₂ Welding (mandatory for welders).
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 8, 10, or 14) with at least 2 years experience for driving roles.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or production environment is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
- Completion of a Toyota Learnership will be an added advantage.
