Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of plant equipment and machinery
- Support artisans in diagnosing and resolving mechanical/electrical faults
- Help maintain workshop tools and a clean work environment
- Participate in structured training programs and practical assessments
- Adhere to Toyota’s safety, health, and quality standards
- Follow all instructions and standard operating procedures
Eligibilty Criteria
- Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science OR
- N2/N3 in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline (advantageous)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
- South African citizen between 18–35 years old
