TALA (Toyota Academy of Learning and Advancement) is seeking a Learner Development Administrator (LDA) to join its Learner Support Centre (LSC) based in Sandton, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the Academy’s training and development programmes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for training and learner management processes.
  • Maintain records, reports, and learner data according to QMS and SOP guidelines.
  • Administer the Learner Management System, including learner activations and scheduling.
  • Coordinate communication with service providers and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training events and facility logistics.
  • Support compliance with ETD legislation and Toyota’s training policies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • NQF Level 5 qualification (minimum 240 credits) in ETD or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training administration or shared-services environment.
  • Knowledge of ETD legislation, compliance processes, and SAP/SAP Concur.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel and MS Projects).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
