Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
  • Track sales performance and actively work toward exceeding targets.
  • Stay informed on product ranges and trends relevant to the store.
  • Identify opportunities for new sales and upselling.
  • Replenish stock and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
