As a Customer Service Learner, you’ll be an essential part of the customer service team.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with order processing
- Managing order archiving
- Preparing for audits
- Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and technical departments
- Managing DHL dispatches
- Generating customer reports when needed
- Preparing PFI (possibly referring to Pro Forma Invoice)
- Following up on stationery orders with the supplier
- Assisting with various projects and general customer service tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- A relevant National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Team player spirit
- Proficiency in interpersonal and intercultural communication
- Language proficiency in English and other languages as required for the region
