Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Learner, you’ll be an essential part of the customer service team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with order processing
  • Managing order archiving
  • Preparing for audits
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and technical departments
  • Managing DHL dispatches
  • Generating customer reports when needed
  • Preparing PFI (possibly referring to Pro Forma Invoice)
  • Following up on stationery orders with the supplier
  • Assisting with various projects and general customer service tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have the following:

  • A relevant National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-initiative
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Team player spirit
  • Proficiency in interpersonal and intercultural communication
  • Language proficiency in English and other languages as required for the region
