Key Responsibilities
- Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.
- Assist sellers to understand platform tools, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Help improve product listings, catalogue quality, and stock availability.
- Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.
- Assist in preparing seller performance reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.
- Participate in seller training sessions, webinars, and enablement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and actions taken.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of business principles, sales, and marketing concepts.
- Competitor and market analysis capability.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
