The role supports marketplace sellers with account management, platform enablement, performance tracking, and catalogue/listing improvements, while providing structured exposure to large-scale e-commerce operations across takealot.com, Takealot Fulfilment Services (TFS), and Mr D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.
  • Assist sellers to understand platform tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help improve product listings, catalogue quality, and stock availability.
  • Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing seller performance reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Participate in seller training sessions, webinars, and enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and actions taken.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales, and marketing concepts.
  • Competitor and market analysis capability.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
