This learnership will be held in Kempton Park and Benoni, Gauteng.

What is Syntell?

What is This Learnership Program?

Syntell is giving a one-year learnership with a monthly stipend of R3500 to a young individual interested in business administration.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for eager, unemployed candidates from specific demographics.

The program’s goal is to provide the individual with a NQF-4 in Business Administration upon graduation, as well as job experience that will benefit them and their career.

Throughout the program, the candidate will also get ongoing training, mentorship, and coaching, as well as a portfolio containing both working and learning proof.

The following are the program’s key performance areas:

  • Carrying with all of the terms and duties outlined in the learnership program.
  • Ensuring that you actively participate in all of the program’s learning and work experience.
  • Participate in learning conscientiously.
  • Assuring that general administration tasks, filing, and data capture are accomplished.

Requirements

Please make sure you meet ALL of the following minimum entrance requirements before submitting your application because if you don’t, your application will be rejected:

  • If you have a disability, you must have completed Matric or Grade 11.
  • Possess a post-Matric/Grade 12 qualification (advantageous but not essential).
  • Must be a Gauteng resident.
  • You must be unemployed.
  • You must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
  • Must be a member of a specific group (i.e. disabled, Black, Indian, Coloured).
  • Interviews must be scheduled.
  • Must be able to begin the learnership program immediately.
  • Must be eager to learn and grow.
  • Must have initiative.
  • Must be able to work well in a team.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • All assignments must be completed, as well as self-study.
  • Excellent time management skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational abilities are required.
  • Excellent planning skills are required.
