Learning Objectives

As a learner, you will:

  • Complete a Certificate in Banking (NQF Level 5) and gain FAIS accreditation
  • Gain practical exposure in the Voice Branch (Call Center) environment
  • Develop essential communication, service, and client engagement skills
  • Learn to analyze and process information
  • Understand the financial and regulatory landscape

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Have completed an undergraduate qualification
  • Be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
  • Be computer literate
  • Not be permanently employed
  • Not be studying or enrolled in another learnership/internship programme
  • Have no more than 6 months of prior work experience
