Learning Objectives
As a learner, you will:
- Complete a Certificate in Banking (NQF Level 5) and gain FAIS accreditation
- Gain practical exposure in the Voice Branch (Call Center) environment
- Develop essential communication, service, and client engagement skills

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Have completed an undergraduate qualification
- Be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
- Be computer literate
- Not be permanently employed
- Not be studying or enrolled in another learnership/internship programme
- Have no more than 6 months of prior work experience
