Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Hold a completed tertiary qualification in:
- BCom Business Management, Economics, Finance, HR, or
- IT-related fields
- Be a South African citizen aged 18–30
- Be fluent in English (spoken, written, and read)
- Be computer literate
- Not currently employed for more than 6 months
- Not be registered on any other learnership
- Not be studying at any other institution
