Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Hold a completed tertiary qualification in:
    • BCom Business Management, Economics, Finance, HR, or
    • IT-related fields
  • Be a South African citizen aged 18–30
  • Be fluent in English (spoken, written, and read)
  • Be computer literate
  • Not currently employed for more than 6 months
  • Not be registered on any other learnership
  • Not be studying at any other institution
