Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and scheduling adjustments.
- Handle inquiries regarding products, services, and medical aid procedures.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments and medical aid claims, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Support optometrists and team members in daily administrative operations.
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear, explaining frame styles and lens options.
- Maintain stock displays and ensure the front office and waiting areas remain neat and organized.
- Ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Experience: Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred; experience in optometry, medical, or retail settings advantageous.
- Skills: Computer literacy, knowledge of optical products, and familiarity with medical aid procedures are advantageous.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
