What’s the Job About?
Job Purpose: This program is all about giving you a deep understanding of the Logistics department.
Over 12 months, you’ll be immersed in Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory & Planning.
Your journey will take you to various sites in Johannesburg, including HQ Bryanston/Sandton, Isando, Denver, and Bloemfontein.
The Highlights:
- A fast-paced 12-month Logistics technical program with exposure to department operations and projects.
- Interaction with senior leaders for guidance.
- Four-month rotational cycles with cross-functional work experience.
- Learning based on the 70-20-10 rule: 70% from experiences, 20% from relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.
- After 8 successful months, you can apply for roles within the business.

What You Need
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years of full-time formal working experience.
- Geographical mobility – be open to relocating during and after the 12-month training program.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ambition, curiosity, boldness, and resilience.
- A strong sense of ownership and a desire to make an impact.
